Delete your State Retirement Planner account

This page is for the State Retirement Planner mobile app operated by Haug Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Revenx. The State login is separate from the Federal Retirement Planner and Revenx Advise.

Delete in the app

Open State account and saved reports, sign in, and select Delete State account and files. Confirm the request. This deletes the State account, its saved reports, and its uploaded documents. Answers and savings check-ins saved only on that device remain until you clear them separately in the app or remove the app's data.

Request deletion without the app

Email a deletion request to info@statepension.us with the subject State Retirement Planner account deletion. Send the request from the email address used for your State account, or include that address so we can verify ownership before deleting it. Do not send your password, benefits statements, or other sensitive documents in the request. We will reply to verify the request and arrange deletion of the State account and its saved reports and uploaded documents. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.

To delete a single saved report or document while keeping your account, use its Delete control in the app or describe the specific item in your email request.
