State Retirement Planner Privacy Policy

Haug Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Revenx operates the State Retirement Planner mobile app. This policy explains how the app handles information. For privacy questions, contact info@statepension.us.

Information you enter

You can explore a state retirement plan without creating an account. The app may save your selected plan, date of birth, membership or hire date, salary, expected final average salary, retirement age, other income, and scenario choices on your device so you can resume. It also keeps savings check-ins and contribution percentages on your device. The app stops loading planning drafts after 90 days and provides controls to clear saved answers and savings check-ins.

If you create a separate State account, we use your email address and authentication information to provide sign-in. When you choose Save current plan to account, the app stores a copy of your entered planning information as a private saved report. When you choose to upload a document, the app stores the PDF, PNG, or JPEG in your private State account. Documents are optional and are not used to calculate your estimate.

How we use and share it

We use entered information to display planning illustrations, saved reports, and documents you request. The State account service uses Lovable Cloud and Supabase to host authentication, saved reports, and private files. The app sends account requests over HTTPS. Account access controls restrict reports and documents to the signed-in account, and uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket.

The app does not automatically send your saved reports or documents to an advisor. If you open a State booking page, your browser opens that separate page; information you choose to enter there is handled by that booking service. In states without an available booking route, the app can open a draft email to our team. It sends the email only if you choose to send it. Using your device's Share action sends a planning summary only to the destination you select.

The current app build does not contain advertising or an in-app analytics SDK.

Retention and deletion

Device-only answers and savings check-ins remain on your device until cleared in the app, removed with the app's data, or replaced; planning drafts older than 90 days are no longer loaded. Deleting a State cloud account does not remotely erase device-only answers.

Saved reports and uploaded documents remain in your State account until you delete them or delete the account. In the app, State account → Delete State account and files removes the account, its saved reports, and its uploaded documents. You can also request deletion without the app through our State Retirement Planner account deletion page.
